FABRICATION

Combining years of experience within our team we can provide the highest level of bespoke design and engineering. Realising clients request and specifications either using CAD to produce Jigs or the ‘on car’ approach. Using our knowledge and experience it’s our job to discover the best way to design and fabricate your request.

WELDING

All of our components are hand welded or automated using tungsten inert gas, more commonly known as TIG welding. Using state of the art equipment. This is a favoured process for the production of thin walled motorsport components, exhaust and cooling systems.

TRADITIONAL
TECHNIQUES

In keeping with tradition some exhaust systems require more sympathetic methods of production that were used in that period. Using these traditional techniques over mandrel tube bending allows us to create large centre line bends that flow seamlessly together. Often these exhausts were originally produced in mild steel that are prone to corrosion over the years. We are also able to offer sand bent systems in stainless steel to stand the test of time.
